NcS Programming System – Fastest Way to NC Program
Production related NC programming without postprocessors
NcS is a production related NC programming system for the technologies of lathe machining (including double-slide), drilling, engraving and 2D milling for up to 5-axis machines. Programs can be created via 2D-CAD data or 3D-CAD models, but also based on paper drawings using an integrated geometry module.
NcS distinguishes itself from common programming systems by way of its practice oriented versatility. NcS works normally without postprocessors via a dialog-oriented machine configuration and can therefore be adapted anytime to match control functions and hardware flexibly and fast.
It is not the system but users who decide with their know-how, how they make programs compatible with their workshop. To this end, NcS offers you automatic generation of programs via the processplan or the workshop oriented programming (WOP) using a variety of machine-specific macros and the highly capable NC Editor.
Based on what is needed and the problem at hand, the programmer can combine modes of work in an NC program as deemed necessary, invariably with a fast and efficient NC programming in mind.
Above all, for the editing of existing NC programs or those optimized on the machine, NcS offers you numerous useful functions, from the very powerful NC command simulation (with a synchronization of up to 4 channels), the synchronous editor for converting NC programs, through to creating geometry from NC commands for the change management in the CAD system.
