An overview of the functions

Central Data Organization for all machines and workplaces in the manufacturing, administration of the organizational master data, provision of order data, archiving of MDC ODC data. The workplace monitor provides the user with an updated overview of all the important data.

Parts Related Document Administration of NC programs, tool lists, drawings, 3D models, HTML forms, clamping drafts, digital images etc. with an integrated viewer as preview. The user is provided with simulations and comfortable and uncomplicated functions for comparison and editing especially for working on NC programs.

Change Management / Documentation – design changes in parts to be manufactured are supported via the drawings index and the activities workflow, blocking/releasing and archiving production documents in accordance with the drawings index. Every change is automatically documented for quality management including the DNC transactions, and can be tracked via history management.

Tool Organization – integrated tool-data handling using tool-presetting devices and CNC machines, generating tool-lists/tooling-sheets, automatic where-used list of tools in NC programs, tool-difference lists, availability check of tools on the CNC machines.

Maintenance Data for machines and devices, administration of instruction manuals and service manuals, automatic generation of maintenance activities based on maintenance intervals, warning via RAG indicator (red, amber, green) for maintenance dates that are due, automatic recording of histories for maintenance activities.
